Feminine Embodiment Coaching™ Certification
Students participating in the Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification are eligible for certification as a Feminine Embodiment Coach under the endorsement of the School of Embodied Arts.
‘Feminine Embodiment Coaching’ is a registered modality with the International College of Complementary Therapies (IICT). The School of Embodied arts an Approved Training Provider with the IICT also.
The assessment pathway is optional. In successfully completing your assessment pieces you will:
+ Receive certification as a Feminine Embodiment Coach
+ Listed and promoted as an FEC on the SOEA website
+ Be eligible for professional membership with IICT
+ Be eligible for professional indemnity insurance
CRITERIA 1: HIGH LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION
High levels of participation is equivalent to the attendance of a minimum of one live call per module. Active contribution to the live call, and virtual components of the course, during the live course period, includes active participation, the asking of questions, sharing learning & supporting other students.

CRITERIA 2: COMPLETION OF COURSEWORK
Modules 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 each contain three (3) pieces of coursework assessment:
+ Personal Mastery Stream Assessment: comprises evidence of personal practice via the practice tracking sheet
+ Theory Stream Assessment: comprises a short essay reflecting on the theory through your own experience
+ Coaching Stream Assessment: comprises evidence of practice and/or practice reflections
This means by the end of the program you will have submitted:
+ 5 practice tracking sheets for the Personal Mastery Stream
+ 5 essays for the Theory Stream
+ 5 pieces of evidence demonstrating practice for the Coaching Stream
Module 6, focusing on Entrepreneurship, has 1 written assessment piece only.
Details for each of the assessment piece is included in the manual. Submission of this assessment through the members site during the live course period and/or within 6months of live course completion, to a sufficient standard as determined by marking criteria, is required.
Marking is concerned with two key criteria:
1. Assessment meets the required number of practice entries/word count. For example, if the criteria ask for 14 documented practices, or 700-1400 words, pass will be awarded if this number is met
2. Displays evidence of understanding by providing relevant reflections and/or relating personal life experiences to theory concepts. For example, if reflections/examples given are relevant.
Assessment should be submitted in English. Once submitted our grading team will be in process your submission & if the criteria are not met we’ll email you within 30 days further suggestions and an invitation to re-submission.
CRITERIA 3: SUBMISSION OF COACHING CALLS
Students are required to complete recordings of 3 coaching sessions. Sessions should be 30-60min in length, recorded in English, and demonstrate the student coaching a client, fellow student or another person. Coaching sessions completed as part of peer-to-peer coaching qualify for inclusion. Each recording should be accompanied by written notes on the session reflecting on the which coaching tools were used and a brief overview of the client situation. Submission of coaching calls must be completed through the member’s site or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org during the live course period and/or within 6months of live course completion.
CRITERIA 4: FULL PAYMENT WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT DEFAULTS
Full payment, without significant defaults or complications, must be made prior to the School considering your assessment pieces and eligibility for certification and endorsement.
CRITERIA 5: WILLINGNESS TO ACT AS A SCHOOL AMBASSADOR
Through the use of the skills gained during the training period, certified graduates are acting as School Ambassadors. As such only students who can speak highly of the program, facilitators & School will be recommended for credentialing.
CRITERIA 6: COMPLETION OF STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT
Students must complete a statement of agreement indicating the willingness to adhere to the ethical standards, code of conduct and operating boundaries within which they are endorsed to operate.
CRITERIA 7: FINAL EVALUATION INTERVIEW
Upon the completion of the above assessments students will meet with either Jenna Ward or an appointment School of Embodied Arts Staff Member for a final review, evaluation and interview process. Meetings must be completed within 6 months of live course completion.
